You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus 20% of the amount paid (for restocking fees) + $10 shipping costs.
Returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Nemeshop.com. The shipping cost to return the package to the nemeshop warehouse is at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the total refund. You can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting nemeshop.com. Some items on nemeshop.com may be considered special items and may have a limited return policy. All purchases, and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.
Refunds (30 business days after receiving your order)
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.

To be eligible for a return/refund, all returned or exchanged items must be:
- Returned within 30 Days of receiving the package.In new condition (With no signs of usage).
- In their original, unopened packaging (With no signs of alterations/modifications of any kind to the packaging).
- Must include all packing material and extras such as blank warranty cards, tags or gifts.
- In the case of gift boxes, sets or collections that include more than one item: every single item included in the box must be present and in perfect condition (unopened, with no signs of usage or modifications/alterations of any kind) to qualify for a full refund.
- In the event of a refund on a purchase that received a free gift, the gift must be returned as well and must be in perfect condition (unopened, with no signs of usage or modifications/alterations of any kind) to qualify for a full refund.
- Ship via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense and will be deducted from the final refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if:
- The product's packaging has been opened, and/or shows signs of usage, damage, misuse, alterations or modifications of any kind.
- Parts of the item and/or packaging are missing, damaged and/or have been altered or modified.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on the following products:
- Hair care
- Skincare items.

Nemeshop will not be responsible for incomplete/wrong information provided by the customer:
- If the return is a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded, as well.
- In the case that the package is returned to our warehouse as result of incomplete/wrong address information provided by the customer, nemeshop will not be responsible and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Returns may only be shipped directly to the Nemeshop.com warehouse. We do not accept online returns to our Nemeshop Retail locations at this time.

Return Shipping for orders with a discrepancy
- We may provide return shipping if we made a mistake with your order. Return shipping labels will be provided via email. Please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton. In such cases, we will not reimburse or refund shipping charges if you choose not to use our shipping label.
What to do if there is a discrepancy with your order
- If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to nemeshop within 5 days of receiving the product may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.
