International Selling Policy

- Availability of Products
Nemeshop offers a wide range of beauty and cosmetics products for international shipping. However, some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries due to local regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with the import regulations of their country. - Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods: We offer various international shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other unforeseen factors.
Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are will be added to the final balance of your checkout cart. - Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
Order Tracking: Order Tracking is currently unavailable for International Orders. For orders being shipped to Chile, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico, the courier will regularly notify the Nemeshop team about the status of your package. - Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: We accept returns of completely sealed, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team for return instructions.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and have gone through our Return Inspection, where we will determine if the return is eligible for a Refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) and Personal Use Products: Some of our beauty products are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and some are intended for personal use. These products cannot be returned once they have been opened or if the seals have been opened/broken/damaged. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund. - Payment Methods
We accept various international payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All transactions are processed in U.S Dollars. Please note that your bank may charge additional fees for international transactions. - Customer Support

We are here to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EDT. (Customer Support services is ont available Saturday through Sunday and on U.S holidays. If you have an inquiry kindly send us an email and we will respond when we are operative again). - By placing an order with Nemeshop, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Nemeshop is not responsible for any customs seizures, fines, or penalties resulting from the importation of restricted or prohibited items.
